Every piece of wood we send across the border is CUSMA-compliant and duty-free by origin, but recent de minimis import rules now require our shipping carrier to collect a 35% pre-payment at checkout.
We don’t believe in hidden costs or surprises—if your order clears for less (or nothing at all), we’ll refund the difference right back to your payment method.
It’s not the most elegant part of international trade, but we appreciate your understanding and continued support for small Canadian makers keeping fine instrument wood moving south.
