Yellow Cedar is similar to Cypress and is very stiff. Traditionally is used to make Flamenco guitars, but can be used to make any size or style guitar. Colour is a creamy butter yellow. Grain is straight with a moderate natural lustre.

This tree was harvested in 2001 and has been stored indoors since.
